How to cope with working shift work…
Shift work is not easy. It messes with your sleep, your diet and it’s hard to keep a routine going when you’re doing it. However, it is possible to do shift work and to remain happy and healthy.
I’ve put together a few tips from my own experiences being a shift work worker over the past 2-3 years… from everything to what to eat, how to plan, how to stay organised and even, how to get better sleep.
